Why this site exists

A phone call is a narrow window. I get a few minutes, you're usually in the middle of something, and I'm trying to explain a medication, a process and a price all at once. Plenty of people hang up still holding questions they didn't get a chance to ask.

So I wrote it all down. Everything I'd cover on a call, here, where you can read it at your own speed — and check it again at midnight when a doubt shows up and I'm not available.

If it convinces you, good. If it convinces you this isn't the right fit right now, that's a good outcome too. I'd rather you decide well than decide fast.

What I'm good for

• Explaining what a medication is and how it works, in normal language
• Telling you what it costs, including the recurring price
• Walking you through the intake form when it's being difficult
• Finding out where your order is
• Sorting out billing and account problems, or getting you to whoever can
• The food and training side — that part I actually know something about

What I'm not good for

• Deciding whether a medication is right for you
• Dosing, or whether to change a dose
• Whether something is safe with your other medications
• Interpreting your labs or your symptoms
• Telling you how much weight you'll lose

All of that goes to the provider or the clinical team. Not because I'm dodging you — because they have your history in front of them and I don't, and guessing at it would be a genuinely bad thing to do.

No rush

Nothing on this site expires at midnight. There's no countdown and no last chance. If you need a week, take a week. If you want to talk to your doctor first, do that — it's a good instinct and I'll give you whatever you need for that conversation.
